One of my favourite parking companies is Parked.com for a number of reasons not least that they have 2 paydays per month with a minimum payment of $20. They also allow you to customise your page by adding an article or other information if you wish to which MAY help you keep your name indexed although these days Google in particular attempt to remove ALL parking pages from their search results as they want to “improve user experience”

I have been with Parked for a few months now and have always received excellent service and prompt payment and would recommend Parked.com to anyone who either holds domains to sell to end users or who holds domains pending development as in an ideal world you need your domains to each make at least $10.00 per year to pay for its renewal fee

The TOS for Parked.com is similar to most other Domain parking services although from personal experience I can say that for MOST topics they have a superior rate of pay to others in the industry.

Once approved you are allocated an account manager who you can contact at any time if you have questions or concerns.

Parked also offer a decent referral plan where you will be paid 10% of all earnings that any partner that you refer generates and you will continue to earn this for as long as both are still members of Parked.com.
More general requirements are as follows:

Domain names: You need a minimum of 10 URLs
Tax Forms: You’re required to fill out a W-9 form
Promotion: You cannot buy traffic to your parked pages, you cannot entice others to click ads
Payments: You can request direct deposit, paypal, check, and wire transfer at no additional fee.

It is generally thought to be easier to get approved at Parked.com if you join via someones referral link.
When you submit your names you should include the best names in your portfolio to increase your chance of immediate acceptance after all Parked want to make money  so they are always going to prefer names that will either receive significant type in traffic or names that may not get so much traffic but when they do they have clicks worth the wait as they do not charge you to enter their parking program,so  they get paid
if you get paid. When your account is approved you can add any domains that you own anyway.

Parked.com is certainly one place you should try if you are interested in selling or developing domain names as it is rare to just buy a domain name and sell it straight away and impossible to develop a name overnight so why not take the opportunity to earn a few dollars without having to do anything for it
